Matt Miller's Review

Huge props to Jim Fagan himself for taking pride in his company and work. He refused to leave us anything but perfectly happy. The first crew he sent out knew what they were doing for cleaning wood siding and staining, but made an abysmal mess of the window caulking and all possible finish details. It was a LONG list that I won't get into. When I called with concern, there was zero hesitation that he would schedule another crew to fix it and make it right. The second crew took longer to clean up than the first crew did making the mess, but they did it with a smile and never questioned any concerns I had. They fixed 100% of my concerns, and fixed them as best as possible. It's kind of rare these days to find someone who is that detailed and cares enough to admit fault and fix it. 5-star, 10/10, will use them again.
